Kindra — literally heart-shaped, gently glowing — is the Zumblies' kindness engine. Kids adore her immediately; she's the character they point to and say "that one's like Mommy."
But the series doesn't leave kindness uncomplicated. Episode 5, Kindra's Perfect Day, shows what happens when the kindest one never says no: her glow goes grey. She helps and helps until she's empty — then learns to rest, take a bath with a book, and say "No, not today" without becoming less kind. Why this is the kindness lesson worth teaching

- One small kindness mission a week. Draw a card for a neighbor, save the last cookie for a sibling. Small, real, theirs.
